What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email so you can track its status.
Can I modify my order?
We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for shipment. Once your order is in the "preparing for shipment," "shipping," or "delivering" status, we will not be able to accept any modifications.

What payment methods do you accept?

We also accept credit card payments using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
In what currency will I be charged?
If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the corresponding exchange rate for the currency you select, depending on the website you are on.
SHIPPING
Where are shipments made?
We ship worldwide, including to Asia, North and Central America, Europe, and Oceania, and offer payment by credit card.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Once you have placed your order, it typically takes 3 to 7 days to process.
Shipping time depends on the delivery method you choose.
How can I track my package?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email so you can track its status.
What if I'm not home?
If you are not home, a new delivery attempt will be made the following day, or the delivery partner will contact you to schedule a new delivery date, depending on the country and the delivery method you choose.
You may also need to go to your local post office to pick up your package if it cannot be delivered to you.
RETURNS
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must have been purchased from our online store.
- The item must not have been used in any way.
- The return or exchange request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact our customer service team.
Can I exchange an item?
We accept exchanges, and they follow the same conditions as returns.
To request an exchange, please mention that you would like your item exchanged when preparing your return with our support team.
Are returns free?
To return an item, please contact customer service for a return address. After receiving the address, please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
Return shipping is free in some cases. If you are returning an item and the reason for the return is not due to an error on the part of gaal.top, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, a refund, exchange, or credit will be issued within 14 days of our return being processed.
