Ordering and Shipping Process
Found an item you absolutely must have? Great!
Select your desired color and/or size and click "Add to Cart." You can continue shopping and return to your cart at any time by clicking the cart icon in the upper right corner. Please note that adding items to your cart does not automatically reserve them.
Finished shopping? Then it's time to finalize your order. Click the cart icon to view your items. On the next page, you can adjust the quantities if needed. Then, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. You will be redirected to the checkout page, where you can easily fill in all your information on a single page.
Note: Once your order is finalized, you will no longer be able to modify it, as we process your request immediately to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.
Frequently Asked Questions about Shipping
What are the shipping costs? gaal® covers the shipping costs. Therefore, you do not pay any shipping fees.
Can I track my order? Yes, we ship all our items with Track & Trace. You can track your order status on the order status page. You will receive the tracking link by email as soon as your package is dispatched. Please note that it may sometimes take a while for the tracking information to become available.
What are the delivery times? At gaal®, we strive for fast delivery. If you place an order on a weekday before 11:00 PM, we will try to process it the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers. Because of this, the average delivery time is 2 to 4 business days*.
What happens if I'm not home during delivery? If you are not home at the time of delivery, your package will be held for 7 days at a local collection point. You will receive a notification from the delivery driver with the collection location. After these 7 days, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the provided shipping address is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is always a very small window of time to correct an address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
Lost or Stolen Package: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please inform us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping company and keep you updated throughout the process.
